1. The Living Room

A vast, cold expanse of black marble, polished until it reflects every cracked emotion on her face.
Gold accents glint under the skyline's harsh light.
A leather couch sits at the center — sharp-edged, more like throne than furniture.
Floor-to-ceiling windows swallow the penthouse, trapping her in a world too high, too silent, too controlled.

Emotional vibe (from Aadhya's POV): Cold air clings to my skin. The silence presses against my throat. Nothing feels human in this place — every surface too smooth, too expensive, too calculated. And every time he steps closer, the room shrinks around me. I feel trapped in luxury that isn't safety — it's a cage dressed in gold.

2. The Bedroom

Ivory sheets stretched perfectly over a king-size bed. Soft gold light glowing across the room without warming it. Heavy white curtains sealing away the city. Everything symmetrical, clean, controlled, perfect. A room shaped to the last detail — not for comfort, but for power.

The Chair — Presence

A single high-backed black leather chair facing the bed. Always turned toward her.
Always occupied. More symbolic than furniture — the watcher's seat.

Emotional vibe (from Aadhya's POV): This room feels too prepared. Too quiet. Too intimate in the wrong way. Every object is placed with purpose — every shadow feels like a warning. The bed looks like a trap wrapped in silk. And that chair... his chair... feels like the reason the air won't reach my lungs. Beautiful, cold, suffocating — a golden cage designed to break me.

➵ Author's note: ✿
Hey loves!! Here's the official moodboard for Chapter 4:
a deep dive into the dark luxury penthouse, the tension, the fear, and the atmosphere surrounding Aadhya's first moments in this place.
This chapter is heavier and more psychological than anything before, so I wanted the visuals to fully reflect what she's experiencing — the cold luxury, the silence, the overwhelming feeling of being trapped. I got you, you'll hate him but not his place ^^
Tell me which part of the moodboard hit you the most:
the living room? the bedroom? the chair? 👀
